MWVHSC FAMILY STARS
Marcia and Dave Sawin
of the Mt. Washington Valley Horse Show Circuit for a long,
long time.
Marcia, Dave and daughter, Mariam, competed with their
Eva-O Farm horses for many years. Mariam rode her
hunter gelding, Ghost and her Dad's parade horse, Robin.
She also helped out by riding Sherrel Stephenson's
Palomino, Kurlee on several occasions. The family's
Morgans, TJ and Dandy and Saddlebreds, Reddy and
Duchess were regular competitors across New England.
Marcia and Dave have volunteered their help at the annual
MWVHSC show at Lancaster Fair each year. Marcia has
been our announcer for many years and will continue to do
so.
Dave operates the huge machinery that is necessary to
keep the showring in good shape; a task he does for the
MWVHSC and the Lancaster Fair Horse Show.
The MWVHSC is extremely grateful to these two dedicated
people and wish to honor them as our MWVHSC FAMILY
STARS.
