American Paint Horse Association Paint Alternative Competition Program 2008
			The MWVHSC  (all 4 shows) have been approved by the American Paint Horse Association for it's Paint Horse Alternative Competition Program  (PAC) for the third straight year. This program is open to all registered Paint  Horses. The competition is designed to recognize Paint Horses who excel in open and non-APHA breed shows.  One does not have to be a member to enroll for the  credits; however to receive any awards that the PAC itself, offers,  you must be a member.  You do not need to own the horse you are competing on, but the horse must be enrolled annually. Accomplishments (credits) are recorded on the horse's lifetime performance record. Go to   www.apha.com/pac for  more detailed information, enrollment forms, approved classes, calendar of events, etc. Once you are enrolled you will receive your PAC card and several copies of the horse's report forms. Then simply go to a PAC approved show and have yourself a good time.  Take a copy of your horse's registration papers,   the PAC card and your report forms.  Have the show secretary (who is on file with the APHA) fill in and verify the placings, etc.   Return the report forms according to the  PAC rules.
